PB & Strawberry Chia Jam Toast

I am obsessed with Chia Seeds these days because of the added Omega fat, antioxidants, and fiber it adds to my diet.
Often I will buy lots of fruits and veggies at the beginning of the week for smoothies, but then need to use them in other ways as they ripen too quickly. This is a perfect option of strawberries, and and excellent way recipe for your kids!
This recipe could work as a breakfast on Toast, which is how I choose to enjoy. However, it would also make a great lunch option and keep you full throughout the afternoon with the extra fiber and protein you add from the chia seeds. Both fiber and protein can temporarily suppress appetite by making you feel full longer.
