Coconut Chia Parfait

Such an easy and simple breakfast option. While you can certainly use any flavor of yogurt, for this, I’ve chosen the Oikos Triple Zero Coconut Cremé.
Keep it tropical and add banana or slices of mango on top for an extra garnish.

Oikos Triple Zero has 15 grams of protein to keep you full through the morning, but bonus, no artificial sugar, which I am trying to watch how much artificial sugar I have every day after reading Fiber Fueled. I’ve even made the change from my daily Truvia packet to Turbinado sugar in my coffee and cutting back on diet sodas.

On top of the yogurt, I’ve added 2/3 cups (serving size) of Coconut Chia Granola from Simply Nature, which I found at Aldi, and then added an extra tsp of Chia seeds on top for a boost of fiber.

Play around with flavors of yogurt, and fruit included!
