Air-fried Sweet Potato

It doesn't get easier than this.
After a heavy Mother's Day lunch, I was on the hunt for a lighter dinner and felt too lazy to go to the grocery store. I searched my pantry and found a few sweet potatoes that needed to be cooked, so I decided on a sweet potato for dinner.
I pulled out my air-fryer, tossed in olive oil and 45-minutes later had a dinner that could have also have passed for dessert.
I decided to spruce up my spud by adding butter and brown sugar, however for a lighter option, spray with "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" and sprinkle some Splenda Brown Sugar on top. This will help lighten the calorie count.

Ingredients:
Sweet Potato
Olive Oil
Butter
Brown Sugar
Instructions:
Poke the sweet potato with a fork, and rub olive oil to coat
Place in air-fryer for 45-minutes on 400 degrees
Serve with butter and brown sugar, or your choice of toppings
